When will SASH be Available?SASH is being designed by a group of volunteers living at Heineberg Senior Housing working with them at participating agencies. We expect to complete the design process in the summer of 2010. When the model is completely built, we plan to demonstrate it in several locations in Vermont. During the demonstration phase we will measure how well this approach improves health outcomes while containing costs.
